Penguins are found exclusively in arctic terrains, but can be the outcome for an enemy transformed through the Illusion spell "Mutate". No units have any special use for Penguins, aside from generic attack effects. In version 1.03.1 on onward, Trolls could also pick up Penguins for the same effect as Sheep.
